Being balanced
As you become a therapist and continue to grow and develop the one thing that can help this process unfold is a solid support system. Be sure to have therapists friends that can understand you but also have non-therapist friends to help keep you balanced. Becoming a therapist is a great journey but it not your complete identity. You have other parts of yourself. You may find you have let those parts go, to be able to focus on school and even post graduate hours but at some point shifting back into other things is a great way to keep you balanced.
Try something new as well; Iām sure you will since therapy opens the door to so many neat things.
